Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ConvoOrbit: the website at convoorbit.com, the web app at app.convoorbit.com, its browser extension, and its server for assistants. By using ConvoOrbit you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

What ConvoOrbit does

ConvoOrbit helps you find conversations on X, draft replies in your own voice, keep track of the people you talk with, and schedule your own posts to the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and TikTok accounts you connect. You can also connect an assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to read your workspace and save drafts.

ConvoOrbit is in closed beta. Access is by invitation from the waitlist, and features may change or be withdrawn while it is in beta.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 to use ConvoOrbit.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Connect only accounts and Pages you own or are allowed to manage.

Your content and what gets published

• You own what you write and upload. You let us store, process and send it only as needed to run ConvoOrbit for you, including publishing the posts you approve.
• Nothing is published until you approve it. Scheduling a post, adding it to the queue or choosing Publish now is your approval of that exact post for that account. Editing a scheduled post cancels the approval.
• If you turn on an assistant's permission to schedule posts for a channel, a post that assistant schedules for that channel counts as your approval. You can turn the permission off or disconnect the assistant in Settings at any time. TikTok posts are always finished and approved by you in ConvoOrbit.
• You are responsible for what you post, and for having the rights to any text, images, video and music in it.
• Reply suggestions and polished drafts are written by AI. They are drafts for you to check and can be wrong. Review them before you use them.

Rules of the platforms you connect

When you post or message through ConvoOrbit you must also follow the rules of that platform, including the Meta Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, and the X Terms of Service. Those platforms may limit what ConvoOrbit can do for you, for example how many posts can be sent or who can see them.

Acceptable use

Do not use ConvoOrbit to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or automated replies;
• post anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or that infringes others' rights;
• access accounts or data that are not yours; or
• interfere with, overload, or try to get around the security of the service.

Availability

We work to keep ConvoOrbit running and to publish posts on time, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that every post goes out at its exact time. If a send cannot be confirmed, ConvoOrbit marks it for you to check instead of sending it again. Features may change as the service develops.

Ending your use

You can stop using ConvoOrbit and ask us to delete your data at any time; see deleting your data. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk.

No warranty and limits on liability

ConvoOrbit is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or for what you or the connected platforms publish, remove or restrict.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If you keep using ConvoOrbit after that, the new terms apply.
